为研究产品装配过程中各因素即缺陷源对装配过程质量的影响,提出了一种基于故障树分析法的产品装配过程失效诊断方法,并通过概率重要度算法对装配过程失效的缺陷源进行重要度计算。该方法以装配过程为研究对象,通过分析装配过程的各道工步,确定装配过程失效的原因,建立了装配过程失效的故障树模型及其重要度算法,最后通过齿轮油泵装配过程的实例分析表明:该方法在诊断产品装配过程失效及其缺陷源重要度计算中的应用是可行的。%To study the effect of defect sources on the quality in assembly process,an approach based on Fault Tree Analysis(FTA) was developed to diagnose the failure in assembly process.Then the importance of factors in assembly process was calculated by important degree of probability method.The reasons in assembly process were used the research objects,through analyzing working-step of the assembly process and determining reasons of the assembly process,and establishing fault tree model of the assembly process failure,then calculating the process to receive importance of the reasons.Finally,an example of the assembly process was presented to prove the validity of the method.
