基于加强板实测载荷谱的疲劳寿命估算∗

             

摘要

To analyze the problem of fatigue strength of reinforcing plates which are very common Used. This paper established structure finite element model, and optimized it by the result of modal test and dynamic load test. On this basis, the vibration fatigue life of the structure on the plateform of MSC. fatigue is estimated by taking the measured dynamic load spectrum and u-sing narrow-band method. The simulation result is consistent with the experimental results which prove that the model is accu-racy and the results are reliable.%为了分析薄壁结构中常见的加强板结构件在动态载荷下的疲劳强度问题,首先建立薄壁结构中常见的加强板结构件有限元模型,通过模态实验及动载荷实验验证了模型并进行了优化。在此基础上,以动载实验实测的载荷谱为依据并以MSC. fatigue为分析平台,采用窄带分析方法估算了结构的振动疲劳寿命,仿真结果与实测结果比较一致,证明了模型准确性和结果的可靠性。
