摘要

In order to improve the energy utilization rate of hydraulic excavator, based on the analysis of the principle of flow regeneration structure of excavator, a flow regeneration characteristic test device based on the measured load spectrum is proposed. The test device adopts the loading mode of electric regulation relief valve, which can simulation the load spectrum of real working condition. The AMESim simulation model is established, the load spectrum is collected from the real vehicle of the boom cylinder inlet and outlet under the condition of boom lowering and is input into the AMESim simulation model. The correctness of the flow regeneration test device and simulation model is verified through the comparision and analysis of the test and silulation, which provides a new idea for the technical research of the flow regeneration on characteristics.
