MM-200型摩擦磨损试验机数据采集系统的设计∗

         

摘要

Considering the friction coefficient between the forging manipulator's jaw and the thermal piece is one of the impor-tant parameters of clamping force's calculation and the clamp rod device design, so it is necessary to measure friction coeffi-cient between two materials under the condition of variable temperature. The digitized improvement and design based on the VB program has been done on MM-200 friction and wear tester. This system has realized real-time measurement of the fric-tion coefficient with the sample block under the condition of variable temperature,and it can improve the test precision of the friction coefficient and fill the gaps of test way under the condition of variable temperature. This design provides a good data support platform on material selected of clamping jaws and calculation of the clamping force, and has a good application value.%考虑到锻造操作机钳口与热工件间的摩擦因数是夹持力计算与钳杆装置设计的一项重要参数,需对变温条件下两材料间的摩擦因数进行测量。因此对MM-200摩擦磨损试验机进行数字化改进,并基于VB程序设计了数据采集系统。该采集系统能够实现摩擦因数随试样块温度变化的实时测量,提高了摩擦因数的测试精度,填补了变温情况下摩擦因数的研究空白,为锻造操作机钳口材料的选定及夹持力的计算提供了一个良好的数据支撑平台,具有很好的推广应用价值。
