温度和液体静压力共同作用下对油罐变形的影响

     

摘要

The metal tanks have the characteristics of thermal expansion and the hydrostatic pressure, all of them can cause deformation to metal tanks, so the volume of the liquid cannot be directly represented by a high degree of volume measured at standard temperature.In order to obtain the real volume of the liquid under a certain temperature and surface height, it is nec-essary to study the deformation law of the inner wall of metal tanks.In this paper, the finite element model of vertical metal tank is built based on the ansys software, and static analysis of vertical metal tank at temperature difference load and hydrostat-ic pressure load is also made.Thus it provides the conditions for accurate calculation of the volume of liquid at different sur-face height.%金属油罐具有热胀冷缩的特性,另外由于液体静压的作用,这两种因素都能引起油罐的变形,所以液体的体积并不能直接用标准温度下测得的某一高度的容积来表示。为得到特定温度特定液面高度下液体的真实体积,需要对金属油罐的内壁变形规律进行研究。基于Ansys建立了立式金属油罐的有限元模型,并分别作了温差载荷和静压载荷下立式金属油罐的静力学分析,为精确计算不同液面高度液体体积提供了条件。
