基于推杆电机的全向移动多功能叉车的设计

             

摘要

There are problems existing in the ordinary forklift, such as inflexible steering, exhaust pollution, etc.In order to solve the problem, an omni-directional mobile forklift was designed in this paper, and the traditional way of forklift steering was changed, the steering system was designed based on the push rod motor and the frame so as to realize the omni-directional move of mobile vehicle.The mechanical structure and the control part were designed, and the theoretical calculation was car-ried out, then the modeling and kinematic analysis on the vehicle structure were made with the SolidWorks.Through the anal-ysis, it is concluded thathe forklift could meet the design requirements, and it has advantages of flexible turning, small turn-ing radius, high efficiency and high intelligent degree.%普通叉车存在转向不灵活、排气污染等问题,为了解决这一问题,设计了一种全向移动多功能叉车,改变了传统叉车的转向方式,设计了由推杆电机和车架等组成的转向系统,实现了车辆的全方位移动,文中对全向移动叉车进行了机械结构、控制部分的设计,并进行了理论计算,利用SolidWorks对整车结构进行了建模和运动分析,通过分析得知所设计的叉车能够满足设计要求。所设计叉车具有移动灵活、转弯半径小、工作效率高、智能化程度高等优点。
