大模数少齿数不锈钢齿轮的线切割加工

摘要

In order to overcome the problem of removing chips when machining the stainless steel, and to reduce the required technical lev⁃el of machining, in this study, we use the special machining methods of WEDM to machine the stainless steel gears with larger modulus and less number of teeth.%　　采用线切割方法加工大模数少齿数不锈钢齿轮，克服不锈钢机加工时不易排屑的问题，为单件或小批量的齿轮加工提供新的方案。
