基于 Pro/E 的电源按钮注塑模具设计

         

摘要

The paper analyzed the forming process of the power button ,and introduced the design of injection mold for the power button ,which was achieved by using the module of mold manufacturing and mould design expert (EMX4 .1) in Pro/E software .The core pulling mechanism was adopted to process the small side hole .To reduce the manufacturing difficulty of the side core ,this design adopted the combined side slider .Practice has proved that the mould structure is reasonable and reliable ,and it can ensure the product quality ,which has a certain reference value for the design of the injection mould for similar products .%分析了电源按钮的成形工艺性,介绍了利用 Pro/E软件中的模具制造模块及其注塑模设计专家(EM X4.1)设计电源按钮注塑模具的过程。对于产品尾部的小孔采用侧向分型抽芯机构,为降低侧型芯的加工难度,采用了组合式侧滑块。实践证明:该模具结构合理可靠,并能保证产品成形质量,对此类产品的注塑模具设计有一定的参考价值。
