基于智能算法的多缸同步控制系统研究

     

摘要

The principles of multi-cylinder electro-hydraulic servo synchronization control system and neural network were respectively introduced .Neural network PID control algorithm was proposed .An neural network PID controller was designed .The transfer functions of the multi-cylinder electro-hydraulic servo synchronization control system were introduced . And the neural network PID controller was applied to electro-hydraulic synchronization system . The simulation results show that its control effectiveness is better and can meet the needs of the multi-cylinder electro-hydraulic servo system on synchronization control .%介绍了多缸电液伺服同步控制原理和神经网络控制原理,提出了神经网络P ID算法,设计了神经网络PID控制器。推导出多缸液压同步控制系统的传递函数,并把该控制器应用到多缸液压同步控制系统中。经过仿真研究表明该控制器控制效果良好,能满足多缸电液伺服系统的同步控制要求。
