加压过滤机运行故障分析

摘要

As an efficient , energy-saving , environment-protective , automatic equipment for separation of solid and liquid , the hyperbaric filter has been used in coal preparation industry widely .A company in the domestic non-ferrous metal industry was the first one to introduce the hyperbaric filter used in copper concentrate dewatering production .In this article ,starting from the control principle ,a depth analysis to the difficult in service was carried out .This work may provide better guiding for the daily maintenance of the filter .%　　加压过滤机作为一种高效、节能、环保、自动化的固液分离设备，在选煤行业得到广泛应用。某公司在国内有色金属行业首家引进Andritz加压过滤机用于铜精矿脱水过程。从控制原理着手，对使用过程中的疑难故障进行了深入分析，对于加压过滤机的日常维护具有很好的指导意义。
