This paper introduces the principle of interior pressure produced in single screw pump cavity ,and puts forward the sealing condition to make the single screw pump normal work ,which is adjacent chamber pressure is lower than the contact pressure be-tween the rotor and stator .At the same time ,the normal work process of the screw pump is simulated by using the finite element a-nalysis software ,including the oil suction ,the passage of oil ,the oil discharge .The relationship of the interior pressure of the seal-ing cavity and contact pressure in the basic process is found out .The distribution of pressure on the sealing cavity in single screw pump is obtained when lifting height is 700 m .%介绍了单螺杆泵腔室内压力产生的原理,提出了单螺杆泵正常工作过程中的密封原则,即相邻腔室压力大于定转子之间的接触压力时,定转子被油液压力撑开,为泄漏状态。同时利用有限元分析软件模拟了螺杆泵正常工作的几个基本过程:油液的吸入,油液的推移,油液的排出。伴随着液面高度的增加,从排出端开始相邻腔室的内部压力差在不断地变大,找出各基本过程中腔室内压力与接触压力的变化关系,得到了举升700 m时无杆抽油螺杆泵采油系统各泵腔内的压力分布。
