皮革切割机连杆静力分析及优化

         

摘要

采用有限元分析方法,以Autodesk Simulation Mechanical软件作为分析工具,对某型皮革切割机连杆进行静力强度分析,得出结构在正常使用情况下的应力分布,指出连杆的装刀处应力集中情况最为明显,并根据分析结果对装刀处的结构形式进行了必要的改进。对改进后的结构进行分析,结果表明在同样的外载荷作用下改进后的结构比改进前的最大应力减少了85.38%。%The connecting rod is one of the important transmission device of leather cutting machine ,its performance directly affects the service life of the cutting machine .In order to improve the work efficiency ,the connecting rod should have enough strength and stiffness .A connecting rod of the leather cutting machine was studied in this paper .Using finite element analysis method as the main research method ,using Autodesk Simulation Mechanical for finite element analysis tool ,after the static analysis in normal circum-stances ,it found out that the weak part of the connecting rod was the filling between the rod and the cutter .Then the structure was modified according to the results .The analysis results show that the maximum stress value of the improved structure was reduced by 85 .38% .
