基于 CoDeSys 的软 PLC 标准数据接口研究与实现

摘要

A general standard data interface is realized for soft PLC based on VxWorks operating system and CoDeSys development environment .The interface is implemented in the system software layer ,users can operate on variables through the variable name .A transparent way is supplied for the upper users to access to data .The validity and real-time performance of the interactive data is verified by experiments ,and it has been successfully used in the main controller of MW wind generator .%基于实时多任务VxWorks操作系统和CoDeSys开发环境的软 PLC实现一种通用数据交互标准化接口。该接口实现于系统软件层，上层应用只需通过变量名就可以对变量进行操作，实现了上层用户对数据的透明访问，如CoDeSys工程间数据的交互、多级PLC间数据的交互以及主控制任务与子控制任务的数据共享。实验验证了交互数据的有效性、实时性，并成功地应用在了MW级风力发电机主控制器上。
