一种喷射机用无线遥控系统研制

摘要

To the problems of high rebound rate and dust concentration ,poor labor environment in dry shotcrete ,a wet concrete injection unit is developed .In this paper ,a wireless remote control system that can control the injection machine is designed ,it can control the machine to enter the empty top where people can’t access ,to perform construction ,so the safety of personnel is ensured .%针对当前煤矿井下巷道支护中干式喷浆存在的回弹率高、粉尘浓度大、工人劳动环境差等问题，研制了适用于湿式混凝土喷射机组的无线遥控系统。利用该系统可以控制喷射机组行走、喷浆机机械手各种动作，从而可对人员无法进入的空顶、破碎围岩带进行远控施工，确保人员和设备安全。
