根据某纯电动公交车车架三维模型,应用ANSYS Workbench建立其有限元模型,并进行有预应力的模态分析,得到其固有频率。将模态分析作为基础,以驱动电机作为激励,分析车架的谐响应。分析得到位移频率曲线,进而得到驱动电机与车架发生共振的部位,并提出两种解决方案。经验证,只有在驱动电机与车架之间安装橡胶减振器,才能使位移幅值大幅度减小,达到减振的目的。%Based on the three-dimensional model of a pure electric bus frame ,the finite element model of the frame is established by ANSYS Workbench .The modal analysis of the frame under prestress is carried out and the natural frequencies of the frame are ob-tained .The harmonic response analysis of the frame is conducted ,the displacement-frequency curve is got ,and the resonance site of drive motor and frame is found out .A solving scheme is presented ,which is installing a rubber shock absorbers between the drive motor and the frame to make the displacement amplitude greatly decrease .
