The model of an extensible belt conveyor was set up by AMESim ,the processes of start ,full‐speed moving and the tail moving of belt conveyor under different load were simulated .The simulation shows that in the starting of the belt conveyor ,the load has significant effect on driving drum tension ,the lag of tail speed and the peak velocity of take‐up;In the process of tensioning force change ,the greater the load ,the greater the tension fluctuation at driving drum ;In the process of the tail moving ,the greater the load ,the slower the speed of tension wave spread to the driving drum ,the faster the attenuation of tension fluctuation at driving drum and the take‐up speed fluctuation .%建立了可伸缩带式输送机AMESim模型,对输送机在不同载荷下启动、满速运行和机尾自移等过程进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,带式输送机启动过程中,载荷量对驱动滚筒趋入点张力、机尾速度响应时间和游动小车速度峰值等均有明显影响;拉紧力变化过程中,载荷量越大,驱动滚筒趋入点张力波动越大;机尾自移时,载荷量越大,应力波传到机头的速度越慢,驱动滚筒趋入点张力波动和游动小车速度波动衰减越快。
