螺旋沟槽式柱塞-铜套副的接触应力特性研究

             

摘要

The working performance of piston pump is affected significantly by the contact surface condition between piston and liner . A design of helix grooved piston ,using the basic concept of textured surface ,was proposed in order to improve the contact properties of piston and liner .Investigation on the impact of helix groove structure upon liner surface stress distribution was conducted by using finite element numerical simulation of dynamic contact character analysis . The results conclude that the design scheme of helix grooved piston is fairly practicable and also provides reference for new designs aiming at friction and wear reduction .%柱塞与铜套表面间的接触状态对柱塞泵的工作性能影响显著。为了改善柱塞-铜套副的表面接触性能,借鉴表面织构设计的基本理念,提出了一种螺旋沟槽式柱塞设计方案;利用动态接触特性分析的有限元数值模拟方法,重点考察了螺旋沟槽结构对铜套表面接触应力分布的影响情况。研究结果表明,螺旋沟槽式柱塞设计方案具有较强的可行性,为新型柱塞-铜套副的减摩降磨设计提供参考。
