基于ANSYS Workbench航空发动机风扇转子的模态分析

     

摘要

采用三维软件SolidWorks对航空发动机风扇转子系统进行实体建模,模型导入ANSYSWorkbench中进行有预应力的模态分析.提取了前15阶固有频率及模态振型进行了分析和处理,发现了模态振型的顺序和规律;研究了与之相对应转子系统的坎贝尔图,结合发动机的工作转速和振动安全裕度,证明了风扇转子工作转速远离临界转速,不会产生共振现象.%The 3D solid model of the fan rotor system of an aero-engine is set up by SolidWorks,a prestressed modal analysis is conducted after this model is imported into ANSYS Workbench.The top 15 order natural frequencies and modal vibration modes were analyzed and processed,the features of the modal vibration modes are obtained finally.The corresponding Campbell diagram of the rotor system is studied.Combining the working speed of engine and vibration safety margin,it verifies the working speed of the fan rotor is far away from the critical rotational speed,avoiding the resonance phenomenon.
