排杂熔剂及其加入量对铸造铝轮毂的净化效果研究

         

摘要

研究了不同净化熔剂对轮毂用A356铝合金的净化效果,探讨了排杂熔剂的添加量对净化效果的影响.实验结果表明,采用排杂熔剂处理A356铝合金的除氢率与除杂率高,净化效果优于常规熔剂.熔剂的加入量对净化效果具有重要影响,排杂熔剂加入量为2%时除杂率高达71.05%,除氢率为45.45%,铸锭表现出良好的抗拉强度与延伸率.%Purification effect of different flux on A356 aluminum wheel hub was studied and the amount of inclusion-eliminating flux on purification effect was discussed. The results showed that the inclusions removal and hydrogen removal of A356 aluminum alloy treated by inclusion-eliminating flux are very efficient, compared with conventional flux treatment technologies. The amount of inclusion-eliminating flux also has a notable affect on purification effect. After melt-treatment with the mass fraction of 2%, the role of removing inclusions could amount to 71. 05%, and the content of hydrogen removal could amount to 45. 45%, aluminum wheel hub shows good tensile strength and elongation.
