汽车中门口边梁冲压成形工艺模拟研究

摘要

以板料成形非线性有限元分析软件eta/DYNAFORM为平台,对汽车中门口边梁冲压成形进行数值模拟仿真.详细论述了板料冲压成形数值模拟的理论和主要步骤,通过反复模拟,找出合理的工艺参数,得到合理的冲压工艺方案,对该产品的结构、工艺和模具设计起到良好的指导作用.%The drawing process simulation of boundary beam of doorframe on the dynamic explicit nonlinear finite element software eta/DYNAFORM . The theory and main steps are briefly discussed in the paper , through repeated simulation, find out the reasonable technical parameters and the reasonable stamping process program . The results can provide a good guidance for the design of product structure, processing and mold design.
