基于AutoCAD VBA的摆线齿锥齿轮实体三维仿真的实现

     

摘要

以AutoCAD VBA为基础对摆线齿锥齿轮实体进行了三维仿真;分析了摆线齿锥齿轮实体建模的基本原理;详细阐述了摆线齿锥齿轮建模基本过程,包括绘制锥齿轮齿坯实体刀具路径的形成、绘制产形冠轮单个轮齿实体、摆线齿锥齿轮三维实体的生成等;对实体建模过程中应考虑的问题作了分析;为摆线齿锥齿轮的研究和计算提出了一种新的思路.%In this paper, the extended epicycloids bevel gear entity is 3d simulated based on AutoCAD VBA. The basic principle of three-dimensional simulation of extended epicycloids bevel gear entity is analyzed. The basic process of extended epicycloids bevel gear modeling is described in detail, including drawing tool path of bevel gear blank, drawing single tooth of generating, generating 3d entity of extended epicycloids bevel gear and so on. The problems that should be considered in the process of modeling are analyzed. It proposed a new idea for the research and calculation of the extended epicycloids bevel gear entity.
