精密调平工装结构设计及优化

     

摘要

设计了一种便携式的调平工装,该工装的装夹方法简便,能够满足多种规格的圆柱形棒状光学元件的夹持需求.调平方法基于空间二维角度调平原理,具有良好的解耦作用,能够快速地实现对工件加工表面的调平,调平的精度高.针对调平工装在实际使用中存在的不足,对其结构进行了优化,优化后的工装的使用性能、调平精度和适应能力都得到了较大的提升.%One kind of portable levelling-tooling was described in this paper. The structure of the tooling is simple. Multi-sized columniform optic workpieces could be clamped by this tooling. Levelling technique, which is based on the principle of two-dimensional-angle levelling, is very effectual in avoiding levelling coupling. Thus level surfaces with high precision could be obtained rapidly with the method. In order to solve the problem in practical using, structure of the tooling was optimized. Results showed that after optimization, the using - performance, adaptive - capability and levelling - precision of the tooling were advanced a lot.
