立式加工中心主轴动态误差的测试及研究

摘要

The reason of principal spindle's dynamic errors is analyzed. Principal spindle's radial average errors and asynchronous errors, axial average errors and asynchronous errors, minimum radial separation center of some vertical machine center are all tested by SPN-300 of API. The three test results of principal spindle's dynamic errors in different rotating speeds are presented. The test results are analyzed at last.%首先对主轴动态误差产生的原因进行了分析,采用API的SPN-300主轴动态误差分析仪对某立式加工中心的主轴径向平均误差和异步误差、轴向平均误差和异步误差、主轴最小径向间距等进行了测试,给出了主轴动态误差在不同转速下的3次测试结果；最后对测试结果进行了分析.
