针对某数控机床液压系统油液温度过高现象,阐述其在设备寿命、工件质量、维修成本、生产安全等各方面造成的危害,结合该液压系统的工作原理,对油温过高现象进行了深入分析,提出一种增加油液冷却单元及温度反馈单元的液压系统改进方案,提升了液压系统的稳定性和可靠性,解决了生产过程中的实际问题.%In view of the phenomenon that the oil temperature is too high in the hydraulic system of a CNC machine,this paper expounds its harm in the aspects of equipment life,parts quality,maintenance cost,production safety,ect,combined with the working principle of the hydraulic system,carried on the thorough analysis of the phenomenon of oil temperature which is too high,improvement scheme is proposed to increase the oil cooling unit and the temperature feedback unit to improve the stability and reliability of the hydraulic system,solve the practical problems in the process of production.
