Crankshaft's balance has a direct impact on the vibration,stability and service life of engine.During serial production,to establish center hole position rationally is of great importance for reducing the initial unbalance,cycle time and scrap rate.In terms of the rationality of feedback compensation and the process flow,the influence of the uncertainty of the process itself on the dynamic balance quality should be taken into consideration in the process of the production process.Based on the above study,crankshaft's balance control method based on support vector machine (SVM) is proposed and real-time optimization and feed-forward control has been realized.The application example demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness.%曲轴的动平衡性直接影响到发动机的振动、运行平稳性和使用寿命.在生产过程中,合理确定中心孔位置对减小初始不平衡量、降低生产节拍及报废率至关重要.从反馈补偿的合理性和加工工艺流程方面,设置质量中心补偿点应考虑生产工艺过程本身的不确定性对动平衡质量的影响;在以上研究基础上,提出了基于支持向量机的回归模型,对产品动平衡特性进行控制的方法,实现了曲轴加工过程的在线实时优化和前馈控制;通过企业内部曲轴生产线数据进行试验,验证了提出方法的可信性及有效性.
