河南省农区是中原经济区实现“四化同步”发展的重点和关键地区。文章论述了“四化”的内涵及其相互间的辩证联系，剖析了社旗县促进“四化同步”发展的实践及成效，提出了辩证看待发展模式、发挥科技带动作用、制订好产业发展规划、以项目建设为抓手、积极承接产业梯度转移等促进河南省农区“四化同步”发展的政策建议。%Agricultural area of Henan Province is the key and main area in Central Plain Economic Zone to realize"simultaneous development of urbanization, industrialization, informatization and agricultural modernization". Connotation of these four changes and relationships among them were discussed in the paper. Practice and effect of promoting simultaneous development of four changes in Sheqi County was analyzed. Measures for promoting "simultaneous development of urbanization, industrialization, informatization and agricultural modernization" in agricultural area of Henan Province were put forward, such as looking at the development mode dialectically, giving full play to the leading role of science and technology, making good plan of industrial development, laying stress on the construction of projects, positively accepting industrial echelon shift, etc.
