基于Optistruct的横梁结构拓扑优化分析

             

摘要

针对某大型旋转设备中横梁结构质量偏重,结构材料存在冗余的情况,采用Optistruct优化求解器对其进行轻量化设计。在保证结构满足应力、位移变形和质量最小化等的约束条件下,得到横梁的优化结构。分析结果表明,优化后的横梁结构满足力学设计性能指标、同时材料分布更加合理,并达到了减轻重量的目的。%Using Optistruct solver, lightweight design for beam structure of a large rotating device has been carried out, due to its overweight of mass and structure material exists redundancy situation. The optimization structure of beam is obtained under the constraint condition which ensuring the structure to meet stress, displacement deformation and miss minimization etc. The analysis results show that after the optimization, the mechanic performances of beam structure satisfy design index, and material distribution is more reasonable, and which achieved the goal of reducing weight of beam structure.
