多维度ABC分类法在原材料库存控制中的应用

摘要

ABC分类法是根据事物在某些方面的主要特征进行分类排队,从而有区别地确定管理方式的一种分析方法.除考虑传统的采购金额因素外,引入原材料获取难易程度、原材料控制在项目管理不同阶段的重要性等因素,对原材料进行分类,形成多维度ABC分类法,应用在具体实例中.结果表明,多维度ABC分类法可以在保证公司生产、不降低对客户服务质量的前提下,有效改善企业的呆滞库存状况.%ABC classification is a sort of analytical procedure that can determine the management style discriminatively based on classification and queuing of the leading features of the things in certain aspects.In addition to the consideration of the traditional factors involving purchase amount,by introducing the significances of the factors such as the difficulty level of raw materials accessing and raw materials control at different stages of project management,it is possible to create multi-dimensional ABC classification method that may be applied to specific cases.The results indicate that multi-dimensional ABC classification can effectively improve the inactive stock status under the preconditions that the production and the quality of customer service are guaranteed.
