基于键合图的圆筒混合机系统的振动仿真

摘要

分析了圆筒混合机振动产生的原因和激励来源,利用键合图的基本理论,根据圆筒混合机的动力学模型建立了相应的键合图模型,并对键合图模型进行了仿真,动态地展示了在可能激励的情况下产生的响应.并将实测的横向振动数据与仿真结果进行了比较,验证了键合图模型的正确性.%After the reasons of vibration in drum mixer and origin of excitation were analyzed, the basic theory of Power Bond Graph was used to set up the corresponding Power Bond Graph model based on dynamic model in drum mixer system, the Simulation was carried through, the response to any possible excitation were demonstrated dynamically. Compared the data which was measured to the data which was simulated in landscape orientation to prove Power Bond Graph model was correct.
