基于MATLAB的非圆齿轮节曲线设计

             

摘要

非圆齿轮设计的首要问题是其节曲线的设计。基于变传动比函数,提出利用 MATLAB软件编程得到非圆齿轮节曲线设计的算法。根据给定的变传动比,推导出非圆齿轮节曲线方程,利用 MAT-LAB对节曲线进行根切校验、修正和凹凸性分析。最后,通过 MATLAB编程实现了非圆齿轮节曲线的绘制。%The pitch curve design is the primary problem of non circular gear design.The simple al-gorithm of pitch curve design of non circular gear was proposed based on variable gear ratio function.The non circular gear section curve equation was derived according to the given variable gear ratio and under-cut verification,correction and analysis of irregularities were completed by using MATLAB.Finally,the model a non circular gear section of the curve was got through MATLAB programming.
