大型船用齿轮箱的模态分析及结构优化

         

摘要

Aiming at performance characteristics of one type of heavy duty marine gearbox, a finite element analysis model for the gear box was built based on NX platform and numerical calculation for the natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the gear box were completedAt the same time the influence of vibration mode of gearbox upon the performance of the gearbox was analyzed.Reinfore ing rib structure was added to the gearbox in the premier of safeguarding no interference occurrence, which may rationally distribute and balance the stiffness to achieve optimization designs of the gearbox structure.The results show that the optimization improves the rigidity of box greatly,reduces the vibration obviously,and enhance the comprehensive quality and stability of the gearbox.%针对某型号大功率船用齿轮箱体的工作特性,基于NX平台建立了齿轮箱体的有限元分析(finite element analysis,FEA)模型,完成了船用齿轮箱体的固有频率和相应各阶模态振型的数值计算,并分析模态振型对箱体性能的影响,在保证不产生干涉的前提下,对箱体增设了加强筋结构,使得箱体刚度进行合理分配和平衡,达到箱体结构优化的效果.结果表明优化后的箱体总体刚度大大提高,振动明显降低,齿轮箱体的综合质量及工作稳定性得到提高.
