Analyzing the steering knuckle of the main operating conditions ,the structural analysis of ultimate working conditions is studied by use of MSC.Patran/Nastran software for the steering knuckle.Based on the ADAMS software, the multi-body dynamics analysis of the suspension structure is completed,and the bearing load under the actual working conditions is obtained.Strength analysis results in this condition are compared to those of ultimate working conditions to confirm the main failure style of steering knuckle as fatigue damage and put forward the direction of further improvement.%通过分析转向节主要工况,运用MSC.Patran/Nastran软件对转向节的极限工况进行结构强度分析.而后,基于多体动力学理论,利用ADAMS软件对悬架结构进行动态仿真,得到转向节在实际工作状况下所承受的载荷.在此基础上,对转向节进行实际工况的强度分析,与极限工况的结果相对照,从而确定转向节主要的破坏形式不是强度破坏,而是疲劳破坏,并提出进一步的改进方向.
