PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destructive evaluation analysis technique with which it is possible to perform stochastic destructive analysis in which the effect of nondestructive inspection and inspection costs and repair costs due to nondestructive inspection are taken into account.SOLUTION: A destructive evaluation analyzer comprises: a repetition determination unit 129 for determining whether the number of times the presence of a crack is determined by a crack detection determination unit 125 for a period up to nondestructive inspection and a period from the termination of last nondestructive inspection to the termination of an evaluation period has reached the number of times crack growth analysis is repeated; a failure probability calculation unit 130 for calculating the failure probability of a structure from the ratio of the number of times destruction is determined by a destruction determination unit 128 to the number of times the crack growth analysis is repeated; and a cost calculation unit for calculating repair cost in accordance with the ratio of cracks detected by the crack detection determination unit 125, inspection cost in accordance with the number of times nondestructive inspection is carried out and an inspection range, and accident response cost in accordance with the failure probability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
