基于精英策略遗传算法的主动隔振系统集成优化设计

     

摘要

Due to the traditional design method of active vibration isolation system is that the controller parameters 'design follows structural parameters 'design,the method cannot obtain the global optimum performances for an active vibration isolation system,It presents an approach to integrate structural and control parameters optimization for the system based on the elitist strategy genetic algorithm. This method,which takes the total weighted root mean square of the acceleration of isolation platform, the dynamic deflection of isolation system and the dytnamic displacement of the base as optimization performance indicators ,combines mechanical structure design and LQG controller design for integrated optimization of active vibration isolation system.The theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate that the method can effectively improve the isolation effect of active vibration isolation system.%针对传统主动隔振系统先设计结构参数后设计控制器的方法很难达到全局最优这一问题,本文提出一种采用精英策略遗传算法对结构参数和控制参数进行集成优化的方法.该方法将主动隔振系统机械结构及LQG控制器的设计结合起来,以隔振平台加速度,隔振系统动挠度和底座动位移三者总加权均方根为性能指标,对主动隔振系统进行集成优化.通过理论分析与仿真结果表明此方法能有效提高主动隔振系统的隔振效果.
