Facing the fact that the Laser Doppler technology for the rotating axis'bending and torsional comprehensive measurement is weak at home and abroad,the optical systems theory for rotating axis' vibration integrated measurement was explained,and a laser Doppler optical system which could be used for rotating axis' online measurement of bending and torsional vibration was designed.The error factors for laser Doppler bending and torsional vibration measurement were analyzed,and error control measures for each situation were presented.The system could not only realize an integrated bending and torsional vibration measurement for rotating axis,but also get comprehensive understanding of the axis'rotational state.It was very significant for the rotating axis 'vibration analysis and operating condition monitoring.%在高速旋转机械的故障诊断研究中,实际转子系统具有复杂的非线性动力学特性,为此,基于非线性转子动力学理论建立高速泵转子系统动力学有限元模型,研究了非线性油膜力作用下的轴承阻尼和刚度确定方法,分析了陀螺力矩和滑动轴承油膜力作用等因素对转子系统动力学特性的影响,研究了转速、偏心距和轴段直径等因素对转子系统不平衡响应的影响,为工程实际应用中的转子轴承系统的优化设计、故障诊断、振动控制等提供了理论依据.
