辊式矫直系统钢筋压下挠度计算方法研究

     

摘要

The straightening precision of bars can be improved effectively through the study of engii?neering calculation methods of bend deflection during the roller straightening process A typical straightening unit is analyzed using elastic-plastic theory.By establishing mathematical model, the stress and strain of bars at any bending state during straightening process are analyzed. Based on MATLAB and elastic-plastic mechanics analytic methods,the mathematical relationships of inflection curvature ratio,bending moment and deflection are revealed,deducing polynomial curve fitting methods and explicit function equations. With the residual ratio of curvature,reverse bending deflection can be easily calculated.Parameterized calculation is easy to be realized,which provides theoretical basis for the engineering calculation of roller straightening reduction.%辊式钢筋矫直过程中压弯挠度工程计算方法的研究可以有效提高钢筋矫直精度.针对一个典型矫直单元,运用弹塑性理论,通过建立适当的数学模型,对任意弯曲状态的钢筋在矫直过程中的应力及应变进行分析,基于MATLAB和弹塑性力学分析方法,通过多项式曲线拟合,揭示了反弯曲率比、弯矩和挠度之间的数学关系,推导出显函数关系式,利用残余曲率比,经过简单的数学计算就可以计算出反弯挠度,便于参数化计算,为辊式矫直压下量的工程计算奠定了理论基础.
