铝锭超大平行平面精铣数控机床研究

         

摘要

为了提高后续加工中热轧的加工质量,针对铝锭的加工特性和精度要求,设计了铝锭超大平行平面精铣数控机床的加工原理和整体结构,重点说明了铣机部分的整体传动原理、铣刀盘的切削原理和进给原理,确定了刀盘上粗刀和精刀的位置分布规则和校准方法.设计了带动大惯量铣刀盘运转的大功率主轴电机的软启动控制电路,实现了铣机主轴的平稳启动.对铝锭超大平行平面精铣数控机床进行了加工测试,测试结果达到了期望的粗糙度和平行度,满足了加工要求.%In order to improve the processing quality in the subsequent period of hot-rolling, the principle and the overall structure of the CNC fine milling machine tool for the super-large parallel plane of aluminum ingot was designed according to the processing characteristics and accuracy requirements,especially that the drive principle of milling machine and the cutting principle and the feed principle of the cutter were illuminated, with the location and calibration methods of the crude knife and fine knife determined, and the soft-start control circuit of the power cutter spindle motor with high-inertia operation designed, realizing that the start of the power cutter spindle was smooth.The process test of the CNC fine milling machine tool for the super-large parallel plane of aluminum ingot was done, achieving the desired results of the roughness and parallelism,which met the requirements of processing.
