多孔多曲面复杂零部件有限元建模技术

             

摘要

Two meshing methods and techniques for component with many holes and complex curved surfaces are introduced in it,and the universal problem of difficulty in modeling such kinds of components and long time consuming is solved conveniently.Different from old way of solving finite element issue using single analysis software, this article brings forward the concept of using HyperMesh and AVL fame as preprocessing tool,and builds finite element model,then use analysis software ABAQUS to make specific analysis and calculation.The tools of rapid meshing the tetrahedral and hexahedral mesh respectively are Hyper-Mesh and AVL Fame.By modal analysis of the combination of diesel engine's body and cylinder head,the correctness of the method introduced in this article was proved at last,which can provide a finite modeling reference for the design and optimization of complex parts.%介绍了两种针对多孔多曲面复杂零部件划分有限元网格的方法和技巧,解决了此类复杂零部件有限元建模难,耗时多的普遍问题.与以往采用单一的分析软件处理有限元问题不同,提出用软件HyperMesh和AVL Fame为前处理工具,建立有限元模型,而后采用分析软件ABAQUS进行具体问题的分析计算.其中四面体网格的快速划分工具采用HyperMesh,六面体网格划分主要采用AVLFame.最后通过对某柴油机缸盖机体组合结构的模态分析,证明了这里方法的正确性,能够为复杂零部件的设计和优化人员提供有限元建模参考.
