放射源取样机的研制与应用

     

摘要

A sampler for radioactive source was designed and manufactured,in which the working principle ,basic parameter and structure components was elaborated,and the composition and control means of control system was briefed.lt was composed of the rotating system,jacking system, grasp system and control system, etc. The rotating system could rotate in the range of (0-180)°:The jacking system could do advance and return movement in the range o/(0-1000)mm;The grasp system could rotate in the range of (0-l5)°and could be locked by the self-locking. The samplers is characterized with its inexpensiveness,compactness, flexibility,reliability and convenience.With the application of the radioactive source for sampling,the structure design of the machine is reasonable and the performance is very preferably.%设计并研制一台放射源取样机,详细阐述了取样机的工作原理、基本参数及其结构组成,简述了其控制系统组成及其控制方式.该机主要由回转系统、升降系统、抓取系统、控制系统等组成,通过回转系统实现(0~180)°的回转运动;升降系统将实现(0~ 1000)mm行程的往复运动,抓取系统通过机械手实现(0~15)°角度变化,并通过螺旋自锁实现可靠锁紧.其具有经济实用、结构紧凑、运动灵活、工作可靠、操作方便等优点,用于实验前进行取样,经过使用效果较好.
