叶尖间隙影像测量仪的运动机构控制系统设计

     

摘要

为了快速准确地实现航空发动机装配过程中叶尖间隙值的测量,给出了叶尖间隙影像测量仪运动机构控制的总体方案,介绍了基于“PC+运动控制卡”的伺服控制系统,确定了各电机的PID参数,获得了较好的精度和稳定性,其中X、y和Z向精度分别可达到0.015mm、0.005mm和0.020mm,同时,采用了高速回原点的方式对系统的初始化速度进行优化,使得系统达到待工况状态的时间小于4min.此控制系统结构简单、操作方便,为后续的快速准确地测量奠定了基础.%To achieve the measurement of tip clearance value in aero-engine assembly process rapidly and accurately, it gives out the general scheme of motion mechanism control belonging to the tip clearance image measuring instrument, and introduces the servo control system based on "PC + Motion control card", and the system obtains good precision and stability by confirming the PID parameters of different motors, and the X, Y and Z precisions respectively reach to 0.015mm, 0.005mm and 0.020mm, meanwhile, it achieves the optimization of preliminary speed by using the high speed way back to origin position,and the response time of the system to achieve the state of the working condition is less than 4 minutes. The control system with a simple structure and convenient operation lays afoundationfor the follow-up fast and accurate measurement
