12.5MN双柱下拉式快锻液压机整机模态分析

         

摘要

The vibration mode and natural frequency of the whole machine have a close relationship with its vibration phenomena. The finite element software Abaqus is applied to analyze the model of the whole machine of 12.5MN twin columns pull-down high speed forging hydraulic machine to obtain the fore four natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration mode. The shapes of vibration modes of the whole machine are analyzed when the frame is in different stroke. The result shows that the lowest natural frequency of the high speed forging hydraulic machine is much larger than the highest working frequency, and the equipment will not resonate when working. The vibration modes of the whole machine present diversity characteristics when the pull -down frame at different positions. The result has important reference value in structural optimization designing.%快锻液压机整机的固有频率及其振型同振动现象的发生有着密切的关系,通过运用有限元软件Abaqus对12.5MN双柱下拉式快锻液压机整机进行了模态分析,获得了整机前四阶的固有频率和其相应振型.分析了快锻压机框架处于不同行程时的整机各阶振型的形式.研究结果表明该快锻液压机整机的最低固有频率远离于工作时的最高频率,设备工作时不会发生共振现象.整机模态振型随着下拉框架位置的不同呈现多样性,研究结果对快锻液压机结构优化设计有一定借鉴意义.
