电动轮车辆动力分布式控制系统总线网络设计

         

摘要

In the control system of electric drive wheel truck,the fieldbus network is equivalent to the neural network of the truck that can meet the smoothness of the data communication and the improvement of the information efficiency,and greatly improve the vehicle safety.According to the distributed control system characteristics of the electric drive wheel truck,it designed a fieldbus network used in the system and completed the analysis of the communication reliability of the network.An open multimaster serial communication bus-CAN bus to communicate was used in the designed fieldbus network.The design idea of the electric drive wheel truck's fieldbus network was introduced,to ensure that the truck was running the power control system of the various functional modules of the normal work was essential In the process of fault detection,the redundancy reliability research was carried out.The implementation method of redundancy design of fieldbus network was analyzed,and a new method was proposed to meet the design requirements of redundancy detection.The experiments show that the redundant system can fully meet the electric drive wheel truck in a variety of harsh conditions of the actual needs.Finally,the CANfieldbus network reliability was analyzed,and the laboratory test was carried out,which show that CANfieldbus network can not only meet the truck control system communication process time characteristics,and the system has the characteristics of fast andstable.%在电动轮车辆整车控制过程中,总线网络相当于车辆的神经网络,保证数据通信的顺畅与信息效率的提高,大大提高车辆安全性.根据整车动力分布式控制系统特点,设计一套应用于该系统的总线网络并完成对该网络通信的可靠性分析.所设计的总线网络主要应用了一种开放式多主串行通信总线—CAN总线进行通信,介绍了电动轮车总线网络的设计思路,确保车辆运行时动力控制系统各个功能模块的正常工作至关重要.在进行故障检测的时候,进行冗余可靠性能研究,分析总线网络冗余设计的实现方法,提出了一种全新的方法来满足冗余检测的设计要求.经试验证明,该冗余系统完全能够满足电动轮车辆在各种恶劣条件下的实际需求.最后,对CAN总线网络进行了可靠性分析,经过实验室测试,CAN总线网络不仅完全可以满足车辆控制系统通信过程的时间特性要求,且系统具有速度快而且稳定的特点.
