惯性激振器轻配重实现大打击力的轻量化设计

         

摘要

During subgrade dynamic response test,light weight inertial vibration in high frequency excitation might lose impact force caused by suspension.A structural optimization approach for inertial vibration is proposed in this research.Dynamic model of subgrade mechanical inertia vibrator is built.The relationship between vibration frequency,static weight and vibration amplitude,phase when vibrator lands,impact force are took into account in detail.The ratio of static weight and eccentric vibration force is considered as the main parameter that influences the vibrator working perfomance.Through analyzed suitable range of normal vibrator's parameter,and the relationship between impact force and the parameter,bigger impact force with lighter weight can be obtained by adjusting the parameter.The conclusion has reference and guidance significance for inertia vibrator lightweight design.%针对路基动力响应试验中,轻配重的惯性激振器在高频激振时出现“悬浮”引起的打击力损失问题,提出一种惯性激振器结构参数优化的方法.建立路基动力响应机械式惯性激振器动力学模型,详细分析激振频率、激振器自身配重与激振振幅、落地点相位、对路基打击力之间的关系,找到影响激振器工作性能的主要参数-激振器自身配重与偏心激振力的比值;分析正常激振时该参数的合适范围,及其与打击力之间的对应关系,调节此参数可降低配重的同时保留较大打击力.该结论对惯性激振器轻量化设计有参考和指导意义.
