考虑轮胎材料、几何及其与地面接触的非线性,借助ABAQUS软件建立了子午线轮胎滚动瞬态碰撞的三维有限元模型,并与轮胎径向刚度试验结果对比验证了该模型的有效性.对轮胎在标准气压,一定载荷的情况下轮胎与路面碰撞进行了模拟,分析了轮胎与路面碰撞的不同阶段接地压力、Mises应力、带束层帘线应力,纵向剪切应力的变化特征,以及轮胎垂直响应和转角速度变化情况.这些研究结果反应了轮胎的滚动碰撞对轮胎路面接触受力有很大影响,对改进轮胎的结构设计、轮胎接地瞬态受力分析及轮胎振动分析提供了一定的参考价值.%Considering tire material,geometry and contact with the ground nonlinear,ABAQUS software are used to establish three-dimensional finite element model of transient radial tire rolling collision.The simulation result are compared with the experimental result of tire radial stiffness to verify the validity of the model.Collision between tire and road surface has been simulated in the case of the standard tire pressure and load.The analysis of changes of different stages of collision between tire and road surface involve contact press,Mises stress,longitudinal shear stress,belt cord Mises stress,vertical response of tire center and rotation velocity of tire.These results reflect the tire rolling collision has a great influence on the tire surface contact stress and have reference value for the for the structural design,tire contact transient stress analysis and vibration analysis of tire.
