LS-Dyna中墙面抹灰机振动压实过程仿真分析

         

摘要

Plastering machine is a new type of construction machinery which can replace manual operation to plaster internal wall.First the dynamic model of plastering board-mortar is analyzed and the D-P model of mortar is established by using LS-Dyna finite element analysis software in the page,and the accuracy of the model is verified through the experiment.The stress wave transmission and distribution of the mortar layer is analyzed in the process of vibration compaction. The impaction of plastering board's vibration amplitude and frequency on the mortar surface is showed. The simulation results show that the stress of mortar increases with the increase of the vibration amplitude and increases first and then decreases with increasing frequency.The mortar surface settlement decreases with the increasing speed of plaster board.The results also show that there is a suitable resonance frequency range for a certain kind of mortar no matter how the process parameters are combined. It provides theoretical basis for the prediction of compaction effect and selection of compaction process parameters.%抹灰机是一种新型的建筑机械,可以代替人工完成大面积的内墙抹灰作业.建立了抹灰板-砂浆动力学模型,并借助LS-Dyna有限元软件定义了D-P砂浆材料模型,且通过实验验证了模型的正确性.利用LS-Dyna分析了抹灰板在振动压实过程中,砂浆层应力波的传递及分布规律,抹灰板振幅和振动频率对砂浆层应力的影响以及抹灰板行走速度对砂浆表层沉降量的影响.仿真结果表明,砂浆应力随着振幅的增大而增大,随着频率的增大而先增大后减小,砂浆表层沉降量随着抹灰板速度的增大而减小;此外结果还表明无论工艺参数如何组合,对某一种砂浆都有一种合适的共振频率范围.研究结果为抹灰机合理选用压实工艺参数以及压实效果的预测提供了理论基础.
