不同凸形的高铁圆锥滚子轴承动态性能分析

             

摘要

以高铁轴箱352228型圆锥滚子轴承为研究对象,依照经验公式计算合适的凸度量,建立四种不同凸形的圆锥滚子轴承模型,并利用LS-DYNA显示动力学分析软件分析其在相同工况下的动态特性,分析具有不同滚子凸形的圆锥滚子轴承的滚子应力分布、滚子-滚道接触力、轴承内圈跳动量及滚子偏转情况.研究结果表明:合理的凸形选择可以最大限度的降低滚动体的应力集中、改善轴承的振动情况和滚子偏斜,并且面对不同的设计需求时,应综合考虑轴承的动态性能,选择最佳的滚子凸形.%Taking the 352228 type of tapered roller bearing for HSR as research object.Compute an appropriate convex metric according to empirical formula,establish four kinds of models of tapered roller bearing with different convexity and use the LS-DYNA to assay their dynamic properties under same working conditions.Study the stress distribution of roller,the resultant force between rollers and raceways,the tick volume of inner ring and the deflection of rollers.The results show that feasible choice of roller convexity can reduce the stress concentration of rollers,ameliorate the vibration of the bearing and rollers deflection.When faced with different requirements of design,it should consider various dynamic properties and select the perfect convexity.
