电容器盖板自动铆接机的设计

         

摘要

根据电容器的生产工艺及电容器盖板铆接的技术要求,设计了电容器盖板自动铆接机及其控制系统.对电容器盖板自动铆接机的机械系统进行了详细设计,包括盖板放置组件、盖板铆接组件、盖板脱模组件、线性移动组件、自动翻转组件、铝屑负压自动收集装置等;采用可编程序控制器(PLC)作为控制系统的主控制器,实现多种规格电容器盖板的自动铆接;依据盖板规格的不同,通过图形操作终端(GOT)设置和调整生产参数.该设备已投入实际生产使用,运行结果表明:整机性能稳定,实际运行状况良好,满足了生产线高柔性化、高效率、高质量的自动化加工要求.%According to the production process of the capacitor and the technical requirements of capacitor cover plate riveting, the automatic riveting machine and control system of capacitor cover plate was designed.The mechanism system of the automatic riveting machine of capacitor cover plate was designed particularly;including cover plate placed component,cover plate riveting component,cover plate mold release component,linear movement component,automatic turning component,aluminum scrap negative pressure automatic collection device and so on;PLC was used as the main controller of the control system to realize the automatic riveting for various specifications of the cover plate;and based on the different specifications of the cover plate,GOT was used to set and adjust the process parameters. The equipment has been put into practical production and use, and the operation results show that the whole machine performance is stable,the actual operation condition is good,which can meet the automatic processing requirements of production line with high flexibility,high efficiency and high quality.
