水压径向柱塞泵密封和传动结构的改进

             

摘要

The problems of the radial plunger piston pump, such as severe leakage because of the imperfect sealed construction,and pitting corrosion of the rolling ring caused by bigger contacting stress because of linear contacting between rollers and rolling ring when driven by eccentric axis, were solved and corrective measures were brought forward. Two combined seal rings were adopted to solve the problems of water leakage into the headstock and lubricating oil leakage out of the headstock. The rolling ring was replaced by the centripetal cylindrical roller bearing, and a sway boot and the sliding pole were twisting jointed by circular pin, the inner-contacting of iso-radius cambered surface was formed consequently, which could remarkably reduce the contacting stress and improve the driving pressed condition. As a result, the pitting corrosion of the rolling ring is avoided.%针对径向柱塞泵密封结构不完善导致的严重泄漏,以及偏心轴驱动时,滚道环与滚子呈线接触,接触应力较大、滚道环容易发生点蚀等问题,提出解决方案和改进措施:用两道组合密封圈解决水泄漏到主轴箱及主轴箱润滑油向外泄漏的问题;采用向心圆柱滚子轴承代替滚道环,同时摆靴与滑柱采用销轴铰接,使轴承外圈与摆靴形成等半径弧面内接触,显著降低了接触应力,改善了传动受力状态,避免了滚道环点蚀问题.
