PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably transmit a stator torque and facilitate disassembly and assembly. SOLUTION: A stator torque transmission structure 200 is used in an electric motor drive system including a rotor, a stator, a rotary electric machine having a stator frame, and a drive unit outer cover structure, in which the torque of the rotor is rotated. The torque applied to the stator as a reaction force is transmitted to the outer cover structure of the drive unit. The stator torque transmission structure 200 includes a circumferential restraint structure 210 that constrains the stator in the circumferential direction against rotational torque, and an axial restraint structure that constrains the stator in the axial direction. The circumferential restraint structure 210 has a plurality of tapered pins 211 and a plurality of set screws 212 for equalizing the pushing forces of the tapered pins 211. A plurality of stator frame taper holes 41h are formed in the stator frame, and a plurality of outer cover side taper holes 7a and a plurality of outer cover side screw holes 7b are formed in the drive unit outer cover structure.
