基于Pro-E与MasterCAM的电机支座模具设计和数控加工

             

摘要

Through the analysis of the motor support, the mould of motor support was designed with Pro-E, and its numerical control (NC) code was compiled and simulation was processed with MasterCAM. The design requirements for the support made by the mould are completely met, and proved in actual application.%通过对电机支座的分析,采用Pro-E设计电机支座的模具,对设计出的模具在MasterCAM中编写数控代码并进行仿真加工.使用该模具制造出的支座完全满足设计要求,并在实际使用中得到了验证.
